The signer must appear in person before the notary at the time of notarization. This is required by Texas law to verify your identity and witness your signature.
In Texas, to have a document notarized, you need to present satisfactory evidence of identity to the notary public.
Primary acceptable forms of identification:
Current driver's license or ID card issued by Texas or another U.S. state
U.S. passport
U.S. military ID card
Foreign passport with valid U.S. visa and entry stamp
Certificate of U.S. citizenship or naturalization
Mexican consular identification card (MatrĂcula Consular)
Inmate ID Card or wristband
If the signer does not have a valid identification. Texas allows the use of one or two credible witnesses who know the signer personally and have valid ID themselves.

How do I schedule a service?
Simply contact me via email, text, or phone call, and I’ll arrange a convenient time for your service. I may not always be available to answer the phone. Text and or email may be easier.

What is a Remote Online Notary (RON)?
A Remote Online Notary (RON) is a notarization process that takes place entirely online through audio-video technology, rather than in person. The signer's identity is verified electronically (typically through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication. Documents are signed electronically using digital signatures. The notary performs the notarial act remotely and applies their electronic notary seal. All sessions are recorded and stored for security and compliance. Key Benefits:
